This guide explains the current Smart Fuel Pass portal workflow for How to add and manage fleet drivers.
- Open Client manager from Manage. If it is not available, first register the company and request a client contract.
- Open Drivers and select Add driver.
- Enter the driver's name, email address and validity period. Set the available spending limits shown by the portal, such as a daily or half-month limit.
- Confirm the addition. The driver receives an email notification.
- Use the driver's actions later to update limits or block access when appropriate.
Important: Set limits only after confirming the company's policy and the intended driver. Do not share account credentials with drivers.
Portal labels may differ slightly by language or future product updates.

Assign the vehicle to the correct driver
Adding a vehicle to the company account is not enough on its own. Open the driver details and assign the vehicle to that driver. Until this link is created, the vehicle may be visible in the portal but missing from the driver's mobile application.
If a vehicle appears to have disappeared, first check the selected client agreement and then verify the vehicle-to-driver assignment. Do not create a second account only to solve the display problem.
