Payment-terminal accessibility and EAA declarations

Smart Fuel Pass can provide manufacturer accessibility declarations for supported unattended payment-terminal models on request.

European Accessibility Act

Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) applies to payment terminals placed on the EU market after 28 June 2025. The directive lists payment terminals among the self-service terminals within its scope.

Documents available on request

For the PAX IM30 and PAX IM25 terminal models offered through Smart Fuel Pass, request the current manufacturer Declaration of Conformity from Smart Fuel Pass Support. Please include the terminal model and, if known, its location or terminal identifier.

The declaration is manufacturer documentation. It should be used together with your own assessment of the site, installation and applicable local obligations.

Important: Terminal models and documentation can change. Do not rely on an old copy when submitting a tender, audit response or regulatory filing.
