For a registered account, sign in to the Smart Fuel Pass portal and open Client Agreement Manager > Billing. Available billing documents can be viewed and downloaded there.
Billing documents are consolidated periodically, so a new top-up or charging transaction may appear in the account before its related document is generated. Billing notifications can be configured in the portal.
For a charging session paid directly by card without registration, use the separate Invoice for charging page.
If a document is missing after the relevant billing cycle, contact support with the account or contract reference, transaction date and amount. Do not send full payment-card details.
