Low-balance notifications can help a company replenish its Smart Fuel Pass account before the available balance prevents new charging authorisations.
In the portal, open the billing or notification settings for the relevant client account, enable the account-information emails, enter the notification threshold and verify the recipient addresses.
The balance is evaluated by a scheduled check, not continuously after every transaction. Current support guidance states that the check runs in the morning at approximately 07:00. If the balance falls below the threshold later in the day, the email may arrive only after the next scheduled evaluation.
Check spam and mail-filtering rules as well as the recipient list. If the notification is still missing, send support the contract reference, threshold, current balance, recipient addresses and the approximate time at which the balance moved below the threshold.
