You can retrieve an invoice for an ad-hoc charging session from the Invoice for charging page.
- Select the month and year of the charging session.
- Select the charging location.
- Enter the last four digits of the payment card used for the session.
- Open and download the matching invoice.
If you paid through Apple Pay, Google Pay or another mobile wallet, use the last four digits of the virtual card shown by the wallet. These may differ from the physical card.
If no invoice is found, check all of the following:
- the month, year and charging location match the completed session;
- you used the last four digits of the card that actually authorised the payment, including the virtual card number for a mobile wallet;
- the charging session has ended correctly. A session that is still open or has not delivered its final data may not have an invoice yet;
- you are looking for a completed charging payment, not an unsuccessful attempt or a temporary card reservation.
If the invoice is still unavailable, contact support with the date, approximate time, location, connector, amount and last four card digits. Never send the full card number or security code.
