Sign in to the Smart Fuel Pass portal and open Invoices or Billing for the relevant account or contract.
Two regular periods
Statements and consolidated billing documents are generated for completed periods: on the 16th for the 1st–15th of the month, and on the 1st of the following month for the 16th through the last day of the previous month.
What each document means
A statement for money added to an account is not an invoice for consumed electricity. Registered customers receive consolidated charging documents. An ad-hoc visitor uses the separate invoice portal after a card payment.
Charging in more than one country
Charging in several countries can result in separate consolidated documents. The local Smart Fuel Pass company supplies the service in the country of charging and the applicable local VAT rules are reflected in that document.
For charging-station owners and operators
For their charging service, the owner or operator receives a consolidated self-billing document from the local Smart Fuel Pass company where the charging location is situated. Accounting treatment remains the responsibility of the owner or operator and should be verified locally.
