To request a withdrawal:
- Sign in to the Smart Fuel Pass portal.
- Open Deposits / Withdrawals > Request For Withdrawal.
- Select the account, review the available amount and any displayed fee.
- Enter an amount or choose to withdraw the available balance, then submit the request.
Smart Fuel Pass or its payment partner may need to verify that the bank account belongs to the account holder. If requested, upload a recent bank statement or equivalent ownership document through My profile > Documents upload > Upload document.
The document should clearly show the account holder and IBAN, but unrelated balances and transactions may be hidden if they are not required. Do not send sensitive documents in an ordinary email unless support specifically provides an approved secure method.
