To request account closure, contact Smart Fuel Pass support from the email address registered to the account and clearly state that you want the account closed. If you also request erasure of personal data, say so explicitly.
Before closure, check for an available balance, unfinished charging sessions, pending withdrawals or unresolved billing matters. Withdraw any balance that can be withdrawn through the normal portal process.
Support may need to verify your identity and clarify which data can be erased and which records must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or payment-compliance purposes. You will receive confirmation when the request has been reviewed and processed.
