There are two different requests. Choose the one that matches your situation.
1. Withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 days
If you are a consumer and want to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of concluding a distance contract, use the official Contract Withdrawal form. Complete the form with the details of the contract holder. The form covers the charging agreement with Smart Fuel Pass and the related framework payment-service agreements stated in the form.
2. Closing an account or client contract after 14 days
For a later closure, or where the statutory withdrawal form does not apply, contact support@smartfuelpass.com from the email address registered on the account. State the contract or account reference, contract holder, registered login email and that you request termination. A company request must be made by an authorised representative or include the authorisation requested by support.
Settle the balance first
Closing a contract is separate from withdrawing unused money. Before the contract can be closed, request withdrawal of any remaining balance in the portal under Deposits / Withdrawals, then Request for withdrawal. Support confirms the termination after the balance and any outstanding obligations have been settled.
Personal-data deletion is a separate choice
Termination of a client contract does not automatically mean deletion of every personal-data record. If you also want data deletion, say so explicitly in the request. Ask support to explain the consequences before confirming it; deletion can affect future access with the same email address.
Confirmation and security
Keep the written confirmation of the completed withdrawal or termination. Do not send a password, full payment-card number, PIN or card security code to support.
