If charging stops earlier than expected, first distinguish the completed charging amount from a temporary card reservation.
- Check the session detail and note the energy delivered, duration, stop time and displayed stop reason.
- In your bank or wallet, check whether the amount is pending or completed.
- Compare the completed charging amount with the tariff shown for the location.
- Do not repeat several payment attempts while an earlier attempt remains unresolved.
A completed amount can cover energy or another tariff component recorded before the charger stopped. A separate round maximum amount may be only a preauthorisation and should not be treated as an additional final charge without checking its status.
For a charger fault, contact the operator shown at the location or in the charging detail. For a payment, invoice or account discrepancy, send Smart Fuel Pass support the date, time, location, connector, session reference, amounts and last four card digits. Never send the full card number or security code.
