A private location is not opened by changing the tariff. Access is assigned from the location's Discounts menu. The same workflow can grant permission only, or permission together with a price reduction.
1. Open access management
Switch to the private location, open Discounts and select Add discount.
2. Select the recipient
Choose the recipient carefully: your own client contract; a specific driver under your contract; another client contract; an invitation for a contract; or an invitation for a driver. Access assigned to a client contract also covers its associated drivers. An invitation does not take effect until the recipient accepts it.
3. Set access price and validity
On the next screen set the percentage: 0% grants access at the full location price; 1–99% grants access with the specified discount; 100% grants free charging. Set Valid from and, if required, Valid to.
4. Verify before creating
Review the location and recipient shown at the top before selecting Create discount. Then test authorisation with the intended driver. Do not use 100% merely to open access unless charging should really be free.
Create the permission under the intended location. A permission created at broader charging-station owner or operator-contract scope can be inherited by locations under that contract.
