How to give a colleague access to a merchant contract or charging location

This guide explains the current Smart Fuel Pass portal workflow for How to give a colleague access to a merchant contract or charging location.

1. Choose the correct level: a Merchant manager can manage the whole merchant contract and all locations; a PoS manager manages one location only.
2. From Home, open Manage and choose the merchant contract or the specific Point of Sale.
3. Open Managers and select Add manager.
4. Enter the colleague's name and email address, then confirm the addition.
5. The new manager receives an email. You can remove access later using the action shown next to that manager.

Portal labels may differ slightly by language or future product updates.
