How to order and check a charging payment terminal

This guide explains the current Smart Fuel Pass portal workflow for How to order and check a charging payment terminal.

1. Order a compatible terminal through the approved Smart Fuel Pass ordering route. Choose the country, currency and terminal model required for the location.
2. After delivery, open Payment terminals. Merchant Manager shows terminals across the merchant contract; PoS Manager shows terminals for the selected location.
3. Check the terminal's connection state, most recent heartbeat and displayed identifier before putting it into service.
4. If the terminal is disconnected, verify the physical installation, connectivity and the assigned location before requesting technical support.

Portal labels may differ slightly by language or future product updates.
