How to upload verification documents securely

If Smart Fuel Pass asks for a bank, identity or compliance document, upload it through the secure portal:

1. Sign in to your Smart Fuel Pass account.
2. Open My profile > Documents upload.
3. Select Upload document, choose the requested document type and submit the file.

Provide only the information requested for the verification. For a bank-ownership check, the account-holder name and IBAN normally need to be visible; unrelated transactions or balances may be hidden if they are not required.

Never share your password, online-banking credentials, payment-card PIN or card security code.
