Ultima Payments is a regulated payment institution and must apply enhanced verification when an applicant declares Politically Exposed Person status. This does not automatically reject your Smart Fuel Pass application, but it requires an individual review.
If you selected PEP by mistake
Reply to the verification message and state that the selection was made incorrectly. Follow the exact confirmation requested by the verification team. Do not submit another application merely to change this answer.
If the status applies to you
Follow the verification team's instructions and provide the requested information. Upload identity and verification documents securely through the Smart Fuel Pass portal; do not send sensitive documents through ordinary email unless support explicitly instructs otherwise.
