You can reset the password from either the Smart Fuel Pass app or portal:
- On the sign-in screen, select Can't log in?
- Enter the email address used for registration and submit the request.
- Open the password-reset email and follow its link.
- Enter and confirm the new password, then select Change.
- Return to the app or portal and sign in with the new password.
If the email does not arrive, check the spam folder and confirm that you entered the same email address used for registration. Do not create another registration with the same email address.
If the link has expired or the account remains inaccessible, request a new link. Contact support if the new link also fails. Never send your password or email-access code to support.
