If a company name, registered address, billing address or contact detail changes, contact Smart Fuel Pass support from the email address registered on the account.
Include the contract reference, current company name, requested new information, effective date and the name and role of the person requesting the change. If legal company information changed, attach a current official-register extract or another requested supporting document through the approved secure method.
Support will confirm whether the information can be updated on the existing account and whether additional verification is required. A change may apply only to future documents; already issued accounting documents are not changed automatically.
A personal registration cannot be converted directly into a company registration. Add the company under your profile and request the appropriate client contract. Wait for approval before using it for company billing or access-card assignment.
