An access card identifies a driver or vehicle when charging. In the current portal, the relevant menu still uses the label RFID cards.
- Open Client contract > RFID cards > Change RFID card owner.
- Select the card and assign it to the correct driver or vehicle.
If the card is not listed or cannot be assigned, contact support with the contract number, intended driver or vehicle, and the card identifier shown in the portal or on the card. Do not repeatedly create new records or guess the serial number.
Support will confirm whether the card must first be read, activated or moved from another assignment.
